The manufacturer PsyStar, known for manufacturing and distributing PCs installed with Mac OS X has been sued by Apple for an amount undisclosed. The lawsuit, filed on trial in the District Court of Northern California on July 7 and the charges are of infringement of trademark, copyright and license included with Mac OS X. the date of the first meeting, according to the documentation, is October 22 this year and there is what seems a motion for dismissal of operations.
